I have always lived near big water… Either the Great Lakes or the ocean. I feel like that has been a huge gift throughout my life.
I’m not at all inclined to be on or in the water. But I do love being near it, seeing it, and feeling its soothing presence.
It doesn’t matter what day it is or what season it is, big water is always beautiful!
And so, I decided to share with you some of the many faces of the lake that I love.

Dinah, these photos are incredible! Wow! That snowy wintry one in particular looks like something from heaven. I love being near the water too, although I have always lived far away from it. You can feel such peace by large bodies of water- I have always wondered why. I really enjoyed this beautiful photo selection this morning 🙂

I love the water and sadly live very far from any here. One wish for my future is to correct that.

Oh, I hope you can. I feel that the water is so incredibly healing! Although I’m only a mile away from it… My dream is to have it right outside my door someday… we shall see🥰
