What if I told you that I’ve been reading UNTAMED by Glennon Doyle and that one of her statements continues to follow me around? She says: “Shamelessness is my spiritual practice!” WOW!

What if I told you that I now have been wondering who I would be if I were shameless? Could the me-ness that I’ve been, the role player, expand enough to hold all of the single fractured facets that people see and presume to be me? Can all of those faceted pieces come together and present as the same person consistently?

What if I told you that I want to be more than the roles I’ve played? That I want to experience being my full and authentic self consistently rather than continuing as the chameleon I’ve always been. You know….the one who shifts and conforms and presents whatever facet best matches the people and surroundings of the moment.

What if I told you that being shameless and authentic are now both my goal AND my journey? It’s something I’m figuring out daily …and you?
